Service policy

How we scope, deliver, bill, and support projects. The specifics for your project always live in your approved proposal or statement of work (SOW); this policy sets the defaults.

Services we provide

We build real-estate-only software: listing websites, real estate portals and marketplaces, campaign landing pages, broker and channel-partner CRMs, and real estate SEO. The exact deliverables for your engagement are defined in the approved proposal/SOW.

Project timelines

Timelines depend on you sending content, assets, and approvals on time. Delays on the client side extend the schedule without penalty to us.

Payment terms

Projects run on a 50/50 split: 50% advance (non-refundable) to begin, and 50% before final delivery, deployment, or handover.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds do not apply once work has started, and the advance is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Change requests

Anything beyond the approved scope needs written approval and is billed separately. Approved changes may extend the timeline.

Intellectual property

Deliverables become yours once we've received 100% of the payment. Our reusable components and frameworks remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you, not transferred.

Overdue payments

If an invoice is more than 10 days overdue, work may be paused. Beyond 14 days, we may suspend access or terminate the project.

Support

We include 7–14 days of post-launch support as set in the SOW. Ongoing support and maintenance are covered by a separate agreement.
