By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, signing any Proposal, Quotation, or Statement of Work (SOW), or engaging Shashwat Technologies's services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our work and to contact us. Please don't attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse it.

The content, design, and code on this site belong to Shashwat Technologies unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is not permitted.

The exact scope, features, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for a project are defined in the approved Proposal, Quotation, or SOW. Verbal discussions and informal messages don't override the documented scope.

Any requirement not explicitly mentioned in the approved scope is considered out-of-scope and will require a separate written estimate and approval before work begins.

Delivery timelines depend on you providing content, assets, access, and approvals on time. Delays caused by missing inputs extend the timeline without penalty to us, and we may pause work while required inputs or approvals are outstanding.

Payments are due at the milestones and within the deadlines set in the SOW. All invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless the SOW states otherwise.

For overdue amounts we may pause work, withhold deployment, or suspend access until the balance is cleared. Final deployment or handover requires full payment for the relevant milestone or the full project.

Ownership of the deliverables transfers to you once we've received 100% of the payment for the relevant deliverables, unless the SOW states otherwise.

Our reusable components, frameworks, internal tools, and boilerplates remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use within the project — not transferred. Source-code handover applies only where the SOW includes it and after payment has cleared.

Until payment is received in full, we retain all IP rights and may restrict access to deliverables.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement — including credentials, business data, technical documentation, pricing, and internal strategy.

More detailed confidentiality obligations may be included in a separate NDA or SOW. We follow internal NDA and data-protection practices for secure handling of client information.

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, because resources are committed and intellectual property is created from the outset.

Upon termination for any reason: all outstanding dues become immediately payable, access and licenses may be revoked, and refunds are not applicable unless the SOW explicitly states otherwise.

The site and our services are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them accurate and available but don't guarantee they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, revenue, or business interruption), and our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The courts of Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
