Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and set the basis for any project we take on. By using the site you agree to them; project work is also governed by the agreement we sign with you.

01

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our work and to contact us. Please don't attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse it.

02

Our content

The content, design, and code on this site belong to Shashwat Technologies unless stated otherwise.

03

Scope of work

The only binding scope for a project is what's written in the approved proposal, quotation, or statement of work (SOW). Verbal discussions and informal messages don't override the documented scope.

04

Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on you providing content, assets, access, and approvals on time. Delays caused by missing inputs extend the timeline without penalty to us, and we may pause work while required inputs or approvals are outstanding.

05

Payments

Payments are due at the milestones and within the deadlines set in the SOW. For overdue amounts we may pause work, withhold deployment, or suspend access until the balance is cleared.

06

Intellectual property

Ownership of the deliverables transfers to you once we've received full payment. Our reusable components, frameworks, and tooling remain ours. Source-code handover applies only where the SOW includes it and after payment has cleared.

07

Refunds

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, because resources are committed and intellectual property is created from the outset.

08

Warranties and liability

The site and our services are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them accurate and available but don't guarantee they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, revenue, or business interruption), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

09

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration seated in Ahmedabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts of Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions? Write to hello@shashwattechnologies.com.
